At KR Labs, we currently ship within the United States only.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
⚠️ Delays
KR Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
📍 Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, KR Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
📦 Tracking Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
🚫 No Refunds for Shipping Issues
We do not offer refunds for:
