Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

Because we sell edible gummy products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video so we can properly review the issue.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion for confirmed shipping or fulfillment errors.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.
