Due to FDA regulations and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped. This policy applies to all gummy products without exception.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for edible products.

Refunds may only be considered in cases where:

The wrong item was sent, or

The product arrived severely damaged and verified by our team.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
